Genevieve started her journey with Express Employment Professionals just over 13 years ago in South Africa. She worked her way through being a Recruitment Consultant, Operations Manager, and Business Development Manager to managing 575 associates on the Express Payroll for their Durban North office in South Africa.  

In 2020, just before COVID hit the world, Genevieve became a Franchise Owner and opened a new office in the South Coast area. In that time with her team, they grew the business to 18 clients and had 315 associates working and achieved Express’ Circle of Excellence award in 2022.

Now, Genevieve is based in New Zealand and manages the Penrose office. She comes with on the ground experience and expert knowledge in the recruiting process, relationship building, payroll processes, creditors and debtors. 

She is looking forward to helping people find great jobs, and helping her clients find talented staff.

After 14 years in the banking industry Anton began his journey with Express Employment Professionals in 2003, better known as Express Personnel Services at the time. In partnership with a friend, he purchased the Express Durban North franchise in South Africa. Starting off with one client and placed one associate with this client. 

The highlight for Anton would be in 2017 and 2018 when the Durban North franchise achieved the 1st place awards (Out of a total of 22 offices) for the office with an average headcount of over 900 associates. Another achievement that he is extremely proud of is the fact that his office achieved Circle of Excellence every year consistently since 2012 including 2020 when Covid lockdown was implemented.

Anton is excited to be based in Penrose New Zealand, and can't wait to use his extensive experience to help his associates find great roles, and his clients find great staff.
